From 2019 to 2024, CMStudio led over 100 dynamic digital design projects for RBC’s Business Banking (BFS), Direct Investing (DI), and Wealth Management. Whether it was crafting slick digital assets or launching full-scale product revamps, CM elevated the user experience for thousands of clients. A major win? The bold redesign of the RBC Direct Investing website, which skyrocketed account openings by 500% year-over-year (YoY) within just three months, driving an estimated $50 million in asset management. As Principal UX Specialist, CM spearheaded the creative direction for product pages, digital campaigns, animations, and more. Prior to this, CM flexed front-end development and design skills for RBC Wealth Management and beyond.
